Ingredients

  • 1½ cups dark chocolate chips (60–70% cacao)

  • ¼ cup crushed mini pretzels

  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (or bananas)

  • ¼ cup granola clusters

  • 1 tbsp chia or pumpkin seeds (optional)

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Melt: Microwave chocolate in 30-sec bursts, stirring until smooth (90 sec total). Don’t overheat!

  2. Spread: Line a baking sheet with parchment. Pour melted chocolate and spread to ¼-inch thickness.

  3. Top It: Sprinkle pretzels, fruit, granola, seeds, and salt while chocolate is still warm. Press gently.

  4. Chill: Refrigerate 30 min or freeze 15 min until firm.

  5. Break & Store: Snap into chunks. Store airtight at room temp (2 weeks) or freeze (3 months).
