Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

  • ½ cup raw vegetables
    (carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)

  • 6–8 whole-grain or seed crackers

Optional Add-Ons

  • Sliced hard-boiled egg

  • Avocado slices

  • Dill pickles or cornichons

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions
