Description

A light and fluffy yogurt cake that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8-inch round cake pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the cornstarch and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and level it.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries, and drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
